David Razon has managed people and human resource functions in restaurant, hotel, commissary and retail store settings in and around San Francisco for nearly 20 years. His experience spans independent restaurants, boutique hotels and global leaders in hospitality, including InterContinental Hotels and Starbucks Coffee Company. David currently works as director of people experience at Instacart, where he builds the talent function for HQ and field operations to ensure the company has the talent it needs to meet its ambitious expansion plans.
