DUE TO A SCHEDULING CONFLICT, THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED. WE HOPE TO RESCHEDULE IT SOON.
We see it time and again — with all of the demands competing for a small food entrepreneur's attention, interpersonal relations only rise to the top when situations are at or near crisis levels. Yet, from a business perspective, founders and owners know that investing in their leadership skills can place the company in the best position to achieve success.
In this workshop, human resources guru David Razon will walk us through systems and strategies for dealing with conflicts in all aspects of your business relations. Participants will learn about common conflict scenarios and practice skills to mediate, de-escalate and otherwise navigate sticky situations. You'll leave this workshop with best practices for handling various scenarios and direct feedback on where you can improve your greatest asset — leadership.
Presented in partnership with Food Craft Institute.
